Operating principle
A100 area sensor adopts infrared emission light source, frequency is 10KHz, synchronous scanning by the receiver, received by 16 photosensitive tubes, after amplification, filtering and other processing, output a switching signal.
Feature
1：In line, bar finishing rolling area, due to the large runout of the rolled parts, easily out of the detector field of view, A100 area sensor can detect different shapes of objects. The detection distance is 5m, the height of the field of view is 100mm, and the minimum detection object is Φ10mm.
2：A100 area sensor is a new type of sensor, with good optical characteristics, micro-processing control, very easy to install and debug. Optical synchronization is used between the transmitter and the receiver, which is very convenient for installation in special occasions.
